Hi, just looking for inspiration. My OH and I enjoy a nice lunch when we have days off together, the likes of bagels salmon cheese, tuna melts, hot dogs that kind a thing. Anyone got a favourite of their own?

Warm pita bread with tzatziki, homous, olives etc. Also nice with some hot peppers like peppadew peppers or chilli's from a jar.
Or something a little plainer like I've just had.....scotch egg with lots of mayonnaise and salad!

we have just had pitas and hummous too- very tasty and light as we are eating out tonight.

My fave though is a chunky fish finger sandwitch
