Maybe it's beacuse I'm used to the original version of the song which can't be bettered, for me. Sorry to be such an old curmudgeon, but I really thought the Glee version was terrible!
DSB by Journey is an iconic anthem from my youth and to hear this lot screeching through it put my teeth on edge ! |

Loved that version although I didn't know who sang it until I asked my daughter, now I am going to have to watch Glee if all the singing is that good.

Count me as another Gleek here. Teenybopper? At 35 I'm a bit of an old teen, but if you want to call me that, then I'll take it as a compliment. Always knew I was in touch with da yout. As for Autotune, yes they do use it a lot. But I don't mind, because it's that kind of cheesy pop where Autotune is commonplace anyway. Autotune is just a tool, like any other effect, and has its time and place. No people like Lea Michele and Amber Riley don't need it, but it fits the hyper-real style of the programme. Quote:
When and where is it on?
Be quick, though, you've got 1 day left to watch episode 4. If you start watching now (and don't have anything to do that can't be put off until tomorrow) then you'll probably be all caught up by the time the next episode is on on E4 tonight. I've known quite a few people (myself included) who started watching and just couldn't stop until they were all caught up. |

Totally with you on this one.

I loved it! The routine was brilliantly danced to the music, and I prefer the Glee version to the original.
I am almost 40, and I think Glee is great. Sue is a brilliant character, she is good in 2 and a half men as well. |
