As I've said in another thread;
Series one was alright and it was new so it was exciting.
Series two was great as we had two really good competitors and it was an interesting contest.
Series three was DOI at it's peak I think, you had two brilliant competitors and a fascinating contest.
Series four had an exceptional skater but there was no competition.
This year everyone left is decent but there's no body who is particularly great. Gary is a good skater but has no performance, hayley has performance but is quite a basic skater, Daniella has the most promise to be the best all rounder but she needs to up it still.

My fave series of DOI are Series 1 because it had John Barrowman, Series 2 because it had Kyran, Duncan and Clare, Series 3 because it had Chris and Suzanne and Series 4 because it had Donal MacIntyre. I'm not watching this series because it is a bit meh this year.

Yes .. is no oomph or sparkle or anyone with the WOW factor, as we've had in previous series.

Glad it isn't just me

this series is not as good for me as previous were, not rooting for anyone this year and dont really care who wins. Hayley and Danny annoy me...mikey is likeable and Danielle seems to work hard other than that not bothered

Im bored crapless with it

Guessed Emily would go this week just as I guessedSharon last week and the week before that

Every week Hayley is not getting the routine then comes out with a cheesy smile and nails it then gets top marks

every contestant has either a trick or move that they cant quite do (and if it doesnt work they ae cerain they will go)

then we have they sympathy thing every week with an injury

we all know Hayley will win so its a waste of time for this next few weeks

Yep they'll never beat Series 3, it was electric.

I am enjoying it but I can take it or leave it, nobody has turned out to be as brilliant as I imagined they would be.

I wish they would stop doing the damn hadbanger. They need to come up with a new dangerous move that will actually make us nervous

Its certainly a little bit samey in all honesty.
Watched so far for a bit of eye candy "Emily" buts certainly not for her skating.

I really dont care who wins but suspect it could be a choice of Gary or Hayley.

Easily the least enjoyable series so far.

The trouble is series three had the battle between Chris and Suzanne, and series 4 had the excellent Ray. This year they have a six way fight for the trophy (IMO) but no one is fantastic enough to hold attention. Some have potential, but they haven't got to the 'great' point yet. And that's letting the series down.

I'm not enjoying this series as much either, but not because the outcome is predictable.

I actually think it's a closer contest than we've seen in a long time (more so than when Ray and Keiron won). Hayley is not head and shoulders above the rest by any means.

I've lost a bit of interest now that Emily's gone. I'll probably still watch for as long as Danniella remains, then I'm off.

It isn't just you...

For a start, there's too many adverts. You're just getting into it and another advert comes on. It's BORING!

Exactly the same feelings.

I've only really been interested in Danniella and Emily.

Danny, Gary and Sharron all interested me at the start but they've been a let down!

I loved watching Emily progess week on week and Danniella's great.

Four of the six remaining skaters have been in the bottom two so Danniella's still got a shot at being in the final

I kind of felt that tonight was missing something. Didn't feel right without Angela Rippon there.

I dont think Hayley has it in the bag like Ray did last year, although she`s the only one left who hasnt been in a skate off <yet!>
