I love Lady GaGa... and I've overlooked the rumoured diva strops that have been reported over the past few weeks... but she has really pi**ed me off now!!!

According to a few fan sites such as GaGa daily, she has announced a new string of UK dates today, including:

May 27 – Nottingham, UK / Arena / *Rescheduled Event
Jun 04 – Sheffield, UK / Arena *Rescheduled Event

*Rescheduled Events – Due to logistical issues, The Monster Ball performances in Sheffield on March 7th and Nottingham on March 8th have been postponed. Tickets for the previously scheduled performances will be honoured at the new dates in Nottingham on May 27th and in Sheffield on June 4th.
This is the first I have heard of it and its only 1 week to the show... most people will still think its going ahead...

I didn't believe it at first, but text my friend who's doing the lighting for the UK shows and he said its true

Still no official news and nothing mentioned on her site, but another friend has called Sheffield Arena and they have said that the show is not confirmed to be going ahead, so they still don't know whats going on either.

This is really bad. there should be more notice. What if fans can't make that date? There should at least be an official statement before it makes the rounds on forums/fansites. Unprofessional.

Don't see why not, just means extra costs, more waiting around and thousands of disappointed fans.

exactly. very unprofessional of her. Hopefully there is a valid reason for her postponing the show.

My friend said its cause there isn't enough time for her to get all the set to New Zeland... but that should have all been planned out surely... and if I'm right the UK tour was planned before the down under tour? nothing against New Zelanders, but why should our dates have to be postponed?

She should have left a bigger gap between the 2 legs of the tour :/

It is very unprofessional but it's not Gaga's fault, it's her tour manager's fault.

Can you not call the hotel and change the date to the rescheduled tour date?

When do GCSE/A level exams take place in the UK? Cause i'm just thinking if these were the dublin dates she had postponed, it would mean that the gigs take place five days before junior / leaving cert exams, meaning hundreds wouldn't be able to go!

I'm sure people would still go, I know I would even if I had exams the next day!

To be fair, for all we know it could be GaGa's fault. I mean, I love the woman, but she has been such a diva in the UK from what's been reported. She has been consistently late and has been generally faffing about!

It wouldn't surprise me if she demanded it be postponed, or her managers told her to lay off for a while. Either way a 3 months delay announced just one week before the show is appalling and I am not happy at all. We have been so looking forward to this!

Five days before the most important exams of your life?

I don't really see why not. People won't be studying 24 hours a day so i'm sure they can leave 5 hours aside to see her.

I have my A2s this summer but I'm definately buying tickets for her!

(Though I'm not sure whether I'll go to Manchester, which is 2 June - after half term - or Birmingham - which is the weekend before half term but 100 miles away)

Decisions!

Britney wouldn't have done this. It isn't even as if she is unwell or injured.

LG kinda sucks anyway.

Come on, she'd hardly do it on purpose. Yea it sucks, but they are rescheduled. It happens a lot with artists.

I honestly don't think it would be Gaga's fault, she loves her fans. Look how hard she works to please us, this situation is very unfortunate though.
