Got a bunch of greys at 13 (am now 25). Not obvious, around 10-15% are white, hasn't increased since. I dyed my hair a couple of times aged 16-19 but can't really be arsed since. I like my hair short, and gel often (couple of times a week) which covers it nicely.

Ps I have black hair, so whites () are more outstanding!

Thats the problem I have, the whites are staring back at me in the mirror

I think its natural to want to cling on to your youth. It the same I guess like noticing you first wrinkle. You get used to it with time but initially it a reminder that you are getting old

I'm nearly 37 and there is defnitely grey hairs in my hair, even started pulling long ones out too. What to do? My husband is 40 this year and he's like a bloody badger too.

I would say embrace the grey but work on the tan. If you go grey it will make your face look paler and that's why most people are wary of going grey, because the combination of the grey hair and the pale face makes you look old. You can be hot with grey hair, just balance the advances out to get the right combination.

Late teens for me. I'm only 24 and have been dying my hair in full to hide the buggers for just under a decade

i embrace the greys,since ive stopped worrying about them i tend to not notice them so much

I've got a few in my sideburns and the beard is as white a Santa's now, but there are still remarkably few on my head. I say embrace the grey!

I've got the sort of ash blond hair that fades, rather than goes grey really obviously, so I doubt I'll bother. Normally, if I dye, it's because I'm bored of my hair colour, and I expect that won't change.

I was nearly 20 when I spotted my first gray hairs. So I have been dying my hair ever since. Tbh It wasn't suprised to me at all, because my mum and her mum started graying at age of 20 too.

No many times when I am out with my husband and son, it is the other way around, people think my husband is out with his children. lol. No manage to hide those grey well by tying them back.

I'm nearly 32 and am getting a few straggly greys appearing in my hairline. At the moment I am colouring my hair but I have noticed one or two of the greys seem very persistant and aren't taking the dye

If I greyed like George Lamb I would embrace them totally as he manages to be going grey beautifully (helped by a load of stylists etc I know!) whereas my greys are straggly and not all together!!

I get it from my Dad's side as all the people in his family went grey from about 17.

Thankfully it looks like I'm going to take after my Mum's family overall though and end up with the beautiful 'white' hair instead of grey by the time I'm in my late 60's/70's

dye it- grey hair is so aging imo. Although maybe go a few shades lighter than your normal colour as very dark hair on older skin is not a good look. I am naturally dark brown but dye mid brown sometimes add a bit of red

omg your such a bloke..

there are specially formulated shampoo's designed for grey hair, making it shiney and glossy... it's doesn't automatically mean, shampoo and sets, and tweeny twink perms..

it's not a lost cause to go grey.. I'm all for it personally...lol lol lol

I have been on the dye for a looooong while and I think I'll be on it for some time to come. I have pasty white skin and with grey hair even my freckles disappear.
