It's a very promising first series. Some of the sketches go on a wee bit too long, but there are some genuinely funny aspects to it.

Series 2
Never saw series 1 and after watching the first episode of series 2 I'm glad.
There was the odd moment of humour but if this is the best Scotland has to offer then just as well there are lots of other channels. Not sure who it is supposed to appeal to; Wedgies laughing at themselves or everyone else taking the pi**. |

Never caught the first series, or even heard of it, but I'm watching the first episode of series 2 on iPlayer just now. It's so... random! I kind of like it.

Never caught Burnistoun before but after watching the shows on recently it's got the thumbs up from me.
The two coppers sketches have me in hysterics. I hope there is another series. |

Burnistoun is back live as part of the Ed Fringe.
Got tickets for the first weekend in August. (Going to see Radio Active as well on the same day, never been to the Festival before). |
