I'm curious to know people's opinions on pigeon. I've never had it before but my favourite local restaurant has just added it to their menu (Seared pigeon breasts on toasts with a bramble sauce) and I'm very, very tempted by it.
I'll almost certainly give it a try next time I go (unless something else on the specials grabs my attention)
