Oversized denim shirts...
christina83

I was just wondering if anyone is wearing this trend? Or if anyone likes it?
I have a denim shirt, but I'm not quite sure how to wear it yet.
I sort of like this trend, but in a way I don't. I suppose it's how its worn.
What do you think of it?
Here's some pics:

I like the first photo. I'm thinking of buying one but have no idea how to wear it either Plus I'm worried 'everyone' will be wearing them come springtime

I'm wearing mine tucked into a different tone jean. Its about double denim, be careful, this can look a little Eastern European, if not styled correctly. H&M has some bargain denim at the moment, perfect for a trend that will not be arround longer than 6 months.

I think I'll be letting the double denim trend pass me by.

It can look very "clean and chic" just reign in cowboy, emeblishment and no more than 2 pieces. I was surprised.

Tan leather is a great accent.

I used to wear jean shirts when I was about 10. I guess they are coming back in to fashion now!

I'm sure it might suit others, but it's not for me.

I like the denim shirt with floaty, ditzy-print skirts and dresses look, but agree that anything Country & Western-looking should be avoided. For instance, that Lacey Turner outfit in the OP link, for me, would've looked far better without the studs on the shirt.

Yeah I love that look, the whole double denim is a big no no for me, too country and western. Btw its Miley Cyrus in the link but yeah the shirt would look better without the studs.

I'm not sure about the double denim but I really like the shirts and boots

So it is. Oops . In my defence, on my small phone screen it did look very like Lacey!

I like them but with no embellishments.

I like the first picture with a shirt over a floral dress or with a floral skirt but I don't think I'd go for the double denim thing.
