Can you whip up natural yogurt ??

I want to make pavlova singles and use something low fat instead of the cream, can you whip up natural yogurt does anyone know ?

Also any ideas for the left over egg yolks

Yogurt is too thick to be whipped, and yogurt is thicker because it has more enzymes and more milk-based liquids than cream. So no. Don't try it unless you want sludge.

You can add gelatine to it but it isn't satisfactory.

Cream is the best way.

I have never used crème fraîche does anyone know if that is anygood when adding a little sugar and vanilla essence ?

You can get Elmlea double cream, it's a low fat cream.
