Saw it earlier. The video is amazing, but then any video that has Bruce Willis in it is bound to be

I was watching MTV this afternoon, this came on, I just OMGed! I'm very very happy that they are back!! One of my favourite bands from the 90s and their old stuff is really good

....The video is very simple and slick which is probably why it works really well and very surprised to see the uber gorgeous Bruce Willis in it too! ....It looked like a mini action movie with the car chase scene....I read Plastic Beach their album has been getting rave reviews, might consider buying it when it comes out next week cos I'm big fan of their music xo

It's a good video. Leaves some questions too!

1) Why has Noodles got a bullet in her head, and why is she a robot!?
2) Where's Russel?
3) What are they running from?
4) Is 2D hiding or ashamed?
5) Where does the car go at the end?

I can only answer the 5th question when they go into the sea you see the car either what appears to be the car turned into a shark or they are eaten by one....The rest of the members maybe we will see a continuation of it and see the other members in the next video I'm guessing....Isn't 2D hiding from the bullets been shot by Bruce Willis and hiding from the cop at the beginning....xo

ogryn, I think this may answer why Noodle is a robot: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noodle_...#Plastic_Beach

I'm disappointed in the song. The video is not that great either. Well, for what it is it's good, but I'm not sure about using CGI rather than the normal animation they used to use; wasn't this the part of the point of Gorrilaz?

They weren't around in the 90s, well, not properly. Their first release wasn't until 2001 (although I believe they released an EP just before this)

1) Well I'm guessing she's been shot. The real Noodle got dragged to hell due to Murdoc summoning up spirits and stuff. No one knows if she's still alive since the El Manana video so Murdoc gathered the remaining DNA they had of her and built a cyborg version of her with Russel's drum machine to help finish the album with him and 2D

2) Was supposed to be in Brooklyn. I think he did make it onto Plastic Beach though

3) Probably from someone Murdoc scammed. Who knows

4) Well he's scared isn't he

5) To Plastic Beach probably

Agreed with all, except I get the impression 2D's mask is from a heist, thus covering 3&4

Oh yeah,

I wanted to mention that when I first read Bruce Willis and Gorrilaz in the same sentence, I was hoping he sung on the album... he does sing after all, one of the reasons I love the film Hudson Hawk so much... timing a cat-burglary to the length of a song... Genius!

Sorry about the double posting.

Saw the video while I was down the gym at lunch. Stopped my MP3 player, loved the track. Great video, catchy but subdued track.

I'm now listening to it on youtube via headphones. Lovely track, although DAs vocals almost sound out of place.

The groove is relentless, I totally can't get enough. DA sounds absolutely perfect to me, have always loved Bobby Womack too.

*hits repeat for the 7th time*
