Hayley's popularity is almost impossible to judge though - she could easily have been above Kieron and Brianne, but equally she could be right near the bottom most weeks, and because of her very high scores, she'd still avoid the skate-off.
Mikey and Melanie will certainly have been top though.

They did last year. We'll have to wait until the series ends to see if they do again this year, I guess.

If Daniella WAS above Emily then that means Mikey would have definitely got the highest votes. Some people don't believe that I guess.

Only because she was 2nd place on the leader board according to the judges, so she must have received a very low number of votes to drop from 2nd place to the bottom 2.

People are just expressing their personal favorites. Mikey could have been 1st, 2nd or 3rd to stay out of the bottom 2.

For Mikey to beat Daniella he must have been awarded at least 6 points from the public and that's only if Daniella was awarded just one. It means they were both on 7 points but because Mikey got more from the public, he goes through.
Now if Emily was bottom & Daniella in fact got 2 points instead of one, the LEAST Mikey could have gotten to ensure safety was 7 points (ie top spot), which means they were both on eight, which Mikey again going through on public vote.

He's no favourite of mine, but I would've said Mikey would've been undoubtedly at the top - he was due a mass sympathy vote after the performance and continual reference + Melanie Tweet about him not being ok.
Because of the ties on the leaderboard, we actually don't know that much about the public vote from Sunday's result. However, what we do know is:-
Hayley could have been anywhere but bottom.
Danny could have been anywhere but bottom.
Daniella must have been bottom two.
Gary can't have been bottom two.
Kieron can't have been bottom two.
Emily was fourth or lower.
Mikey was fourth or higher.
So as I said - we don't know very much....
