Fast food Specials
just thought I would start this to discuss the speicals that McD, BK or KFC do
In the last few weeks Ive had KFC texan wrap which was pretty good and filling although a little pricey. Mcd have the CBO which looks good but the chicken was very taste less. Anyone else tried these. |

I did want to try the CBO but was worried it would be a let down, think I'll stick to mayo chickens and cheeseburgers!!
Haven't had a KFC in a long time. I give it 10 posts before someone comes along bashing it saying its cheaper and healthier to make them at home

I tried the CBO but didnt think that much too it. I really prefer my usual Big Mac!
Tried the KFC one as well, that I thought was quite good. |

I would love to do the fillet o' fish at home but have never seen tasty (or square) fish burger in a supermarket and doing my own would be too much fuss

Family tried the new chicken thing the other day said it was ok, to me it looks like a chicken burger with different sauce in it.
I had a strawberry milkshake and it had no flavour didn't even drink half and had to throw it out. Disappointing as always a fave of mine |

Its much cheaper and nicer to make them at home though.
I murder my own hand reared cows and chickens and butcher them(kitchen gets a bit messy but its worth it)and make my own burgers.

LOL! LOL!
![]() ![]() ![]() (i want a laughing smiley) I too live a 'Good Life' experience - where I withdraw warm eggs from my chickens bottoms - and have them poached within 2 minutes from bottom to plate. (not a very pleasant phrase I'll admit )That's if I don't want to fry them - which I do from my own homeprepared gee butter - that I've extracted from the milk from my own yaks in the back garden. I also run my own bakery-for-one in the backyard where I can use my own ciabatta rolls for my brekkie. Beats a MaccyD's Egg Mcmuffin any day of the week...

Did I mention I also make my own ketchup, squeezing the pulp with me own fair hands from my tomatoes on vines in the greenhouse? Anyone who uses the bottled stuff is a true peasant...
and as for pre-bottled wine - WELL! I have my very own vineyard on the estate, so I have no time for such fripperies and folly.... |

I get my minions or my beautiful buxom wife to do that of course.
After all I am Mr Laurence Llowelyn Bowen - a fop, a dandy if you will. I am the local landowner and squire to boot. It IS still the 17th century right? |

![]() I agree Sem, this place was troll free and we can and shared about the wonder that is food from a healthy salad to a giant satty fat pizza (which I am having for tea, to keep on topic, I may try the revenge from dominos!! ) and now you can't have a discussion with someone descending with a closed mind, not wishing to contribute to the discussion!!

It was nice and hot though as I went in at a quiet time and it had to be made fresh the only snag being they had to bring it over and by the time I got it, I had already devoured my large fries. |

Domino's pizza base is awesome, best of the pizza chains by miles- but that is no excuse for their extortionate prices
