I Phone on o2 mobile web
Hi
I now set up my phone and all seems fine but for when i go online. its fast and fine when it logs in at home when going through my home intetney wireless but when im away from there it seems very slow. i have the 3G s version with latest version on there. Could it be the wrong sim? i had the sim over 5 years i think so not sure if its a 3G sim . Thanks |

Does the phone say what data service you're connected to?
Should say either 3G, Edge or GPRS. http://www.apple.com/uk/iphone/how-t...s.status-icons |

If you look at the number on the SIM it will have 3G towards the end of the number if it is 3G.

I had that trouble, it's not a 3G sim. Just phone O2 or pop into an O2 store and they should replace it for you...
