So I asked T-Mobile can Blackberry services be used on PAYG. They said 'yes if you have a 8520' Which I do so they added their bundle. However it doesn't work and says Blackberry services are not connected on my handset. I've contacted them but not heard back yet.

I tried registering on this website as I had to do something similar to get Orange PAYG to work but it says my phones not registered with the provider.

Any suggestions? Or will I just have to wait for T-Mobile to get back to me?

Did you release the PIN from Orange?

Hi MGS4SnakeRulez,

I work for Orange and may be able to help.

The pin would probably be attached to the Orange account you had, as prking has suggested. If you can contact me I can help with getting it released.

Please send an email to customer.services@orange.co.uk, including your personal contact details and username from this site, and I will give you a call to discuss.

In order that your email is forwarded to me quickly, please add "Jonathan Orange Response" in the subject field and also in the first line of your mail.

Kind regards,

Jonathan
