I have just ordered TALKTALK Home phone and BB and although they used to be pretty bad in terms of CS, I have heard that they have improved.

Is anyone here with them, and are your thoughts. Could you please give constructive feedback as that would be much appreciated?

CS still poor, broadband poor, however the phone service mostly works OK, though you can get ropey connections internationally and to mobiles at certain times.

Wouldn't it have been wiser to ask those questions before you ordered?

I have been with TT for 2 years+, CS on the phone was always bad, the members forum is better though not as good as it was due to many more customers now and not enough staff to deal with them (or so I hear).
The broadband for me is very good and the phone which was the main reason for choosing TT has saved us a fortune.

I have heard so many mixed reviews about the Talk Talk service.
If I had been you I would have not went with them.
