Im making chicken stirfry with peppers and stuff. And I put it in the pan and few mintues later I see the mixture is watery and I didnt even add water.

They pump water into your chicken to make it look bigger and juicier than it actually is. Selling trick. Cook it as normal you'll be fine, the water will evaporate as you cook.

Try the food and drink forum instead of general discussion!
Or even advice!

Use Kitchen roll to mop up the excess water.
And buy a better chicken next time. Do you have a local free-range supplier or local farm? |

It's salmonella. You need to cook it for at least 5 hours on high.

Drums can't really be injected, it might be some juice. What's the code on the pack? (In an oval UK / EC box)

Worst thing is when you come to carve it up on a board then a gallon of water squirts out all over the side/floor making a right mess.

They can be soaked instead, though. (Used to work in a chicken factory or two)
I keep free range ones now, much nicer
