We have the popular thread "what are you eating at the moment?" and considering Mantey's posts I thought they deserved a similar thread of their own.

Hopefully Mantey will post and tell us all about their wonderful home cooked meals that they have produced and also tell us about the produce they use.

Failing that we can just take the p**s and make our own suggestions of what they are eating today

Home made, ethically sourced, organic fairtrade chips, cooked saturate free oil of course.

This is not just food, this is Mantey food!!

Poor Mantey, how is he going to have the time to respond to these posts when we all know he's got several delicious and home cooked meals to produce? Why, at this very moment I bet he's in a field, milling his own wheat and petting a chicken to convince it to lay him an egg. Then he's got to grind the wheat down to flour, evaporate enough sea water to get the salt and make his own ethically produced pasta. Then he's got to cycle to Spain to fetch his tomatoes, lovingly hand grown of course, press some olives for his olive oil and harvest some wild garlic before he can even think of cooking anything. He's gonna be a hungry boy after all of that!

DOH!!

The obvious answer to the question of what you-know who is eating at the moment is...............HIS OWN HEAD, hopefully!

Why didn't I think of that before!

I don't give this thread very long, long enough for Mantey to knock up a few meals though.

I really don't like this thread (I know, I should not read it then or post in it), but this seems like ganging up or even bullying of another FM

They are a troll who hasn't made a single constructive post on here and seem determined to wreck the forum for everyone else. If the DS mods aren't going to ban them then perhaps we can see them off ourselves.

I know you consider them as a troll, but there is absolutely no need to seek them out and start a thread on them.

They are a troll, what else would you call them? They are doing their best to spoil this forum and support are doing nothing about it.

I started this thread not to attack Mantey but to make light of their repeated one dimensional posts. If someone comes on any forum and posts a repeated message on numerous threads attacking other posters and their choices they should at least be courtous enough to provide a reasoned agruement when asked. Mantey however fails to do that and just continues to slate others and their choices.

Maybe their electric runs out in their bedsit, so the poota goes off?

&they repeatedly just cannot get a 50p out in time?

Seems a coincidence that it happens every time they are asked to come up with a valid argument (or a recipe!) though....

he's a troll, by responding, and specifically creating a thread about him. you're only encouraging his behaviour. if you ignored him, it would be a far more effective tool to get rid of him as he wouldn't be getting the desired attention.

If someone wants to troll they will whatever the reaction.

Personally I find Mantey's posts very funny even if they aren't meant to be. Therefore to honour this and learn more about the life and times of the foodie comic genius I have created thi thread

Why post on this pre-prepared thread, why not start you own thread using a fresh title?
