I hate the taste and smell of eggs, but can sometimes eat them in things. I buy them to put in fishcakes and things like that, then make mayonnaise, caesar dressing and biscuits from the rest.
Home-made garlic mayonnaise is lovely - I'd urge you to try that.

When I was little I didn't like eggs, so when all the family were having fried egg rolls on a Sunday, i had a "wafted roll". BAsically, take a butterered roll and put a fried egg on it and close it. After 30 seconds or so, remove the egg. It was basically a warm, metled butter roll!

Over the years I've staretd to like eggs, but fried was the first way i liked it. Although it is purely egg I find the texture much more plesant. I can have everything except scrambled eggs which still turn my stomach somewhat. But omelettes and pached are my faves now.

Curried egg? I always thought it sounded horrible, but I love curried eggs now - and if it's the taste of egg that you don't like, it might cover that slightly?

I never used to like eggs either, they were just too 'eggy' too smelly, whatever. Anyway now whenever i make an omlette i find that adding something like a little double cream or cumin or something like that works wonders. Then i add some Sriracha chilli once it's cooked.
