What good concept albums are there out there? The main ones that come to my mind are;

Pink Floyd- The Wall
The Streets- A Grand Don't Come For Free

Any other good ones?

It's all about myths and... the future

If you listen to the lyrics you'll see. For example, "Atlantis to Interzone" is self explanatory as is "Four Horsemen of 2012". I'm sure "Isle of Her" is something to do with Jason and the Argonauts

Preservation not appreciation but you probably knew that anyway.

♫ "God save Donald Duck, vaudeville and variety. God save the Village Green."

Spiritual Machines by Our Lady Peace which is inspired by Ray Kurzweil's book 'The Age of Spiritual Machines' which is about technology developing to the point of world domination. Kurzweil reads short excerpts of the book between the songs. Interesting, clever songwriting by a band who are virtually unknown over here but massive in Canada and the US.

In Repair - amazing imagery in this video

Marillion - Misplaced Childhood
Marillion - Clutching at Straws
The Kinks are The Village Green Preservation Society - The Kinks
...
Not forgetting
Marillion - Brave
The Kinks - Soap Opera
The Kinks - Preservation Acts 1 & 2
The Kinks - Arthur or The Decline And Fall Of The British Empire (not as good as Preservation Society but a better realised concept and it has the best ever Kinks track on it - Shangri-La)

and adding

Dream Theater - Scenes From A Memory
Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime

and half concept albums
Rush - 2112
The Small Faces - Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake

I'm gonna be a bit controversial here and say that concept albums only really exist imho to give the artist something to brag about in PR terms. I have a number of so called concept albums and can't really see the connection at all. The majority are good albums don't get me wrong but it smacks of having their heads stuck to far up their bottoms imho.

Fear Factory - Obsolete is a good one.

I've also heard that Demanufacture was supposed to be a concept album as well.
