Zombie Cocktail
http://www.greatcocktails.co.uk/Zombie.html
Have you tried it? Have you managed to go past the 2 Zombie limit by some form of deception? I don't drink so I'm unlikely to try it but it was talked about the other evening when a friend of mine allegedly had 5. I'm aware of the F+D forum |

It doesn't look that damaging.
I remember having a drink before with a Zombie name, was basically a pint of Snakebite, vodka and bluebols, it tasted like lilt when knocking it back and didn't seem much at the time, so I ignored the barmaids advice and carried on consuming more. I paid for it a while later exorcist style. |

Apparently anymore than two of these and you start to hallucinating so the bar staff bring over two for you so they make sure you're only having the two. I was also told it's 13 pounds sterling.

The only time an alcoholic beverage has ever led me to hallucinate is when I spent six months drinking nowt but Grey Goose and Red Bull with Absinthe chasers. I was in Southern Cali a while back and went to a few of the 'revival' Tiki Bars, I'm sure I must have downed a couple of Zombies and if there was any kind of limit imposed I imagine it must have been more as a tribute to the history of the drink rather than an actual health warning.

I'm a bit confused- The recipe in the first link doesn't make it sound very lethal- a long island iced tea has more alcohol in and its lots of different kinds yet that doesn't have a 2 drink limit on it.
Though as I do not like Rum (aside from the spiced kind with ginger) I will take the bar owners (who have probably witnessed numerous zombies ) word for it. |

One of my favourite cocktails. I've never hallucinated.
That recipe only has three full measures of alcohol in it though, it's hardly the equivalent of seven cocktails as claimed. |
