Whilst me and my boyfriend were in Rome last year, we had the most amazing Gnocchi with clams & mussels in a tangy tomato sauce. This wasnt a thick sauce but more like a runny gravy texture. I want to try and recreate this myself but cannot find anything online!
I was wondering if any of you fabulous cooks would be able to help?
