The hat is my least fave - so droppable. Thought Ray's routine with it was one of his weakest (and I was a big Ray fan)
Yes I agree. There's not a great deal you can do with a hat - though maybe they could try punching a hole in it, eating it, or have a different sort of hat.
It looked like Ray was struggling.

Series 3 was also the only year the celebs got to choose their props. So what Greg was thinking with that honking great table, I don't know.
I don't think they did have any choice. I remember Chris and Frankie saying 'what can you do with a table?'

Hmm. Which props have we had in past years?

Trying to guess who will end up with what...

I think the chair & umbrella will go to the girls. The cane will be Gary or Danny.

Wonder what the new ones are...

Other props used have included hat, suitcase, feather boa, Hula Hoop & table.

T+D put up a picture of Daniella's prop in a box. It looked distinctly chair-sized... But that might have been a ruse!

I definitely agree that the cane is likely to be Gary or Danny. Probably Gary.

Cheers Tiger Rose!

As long as there are no 'hats' in sight I'll be happy.

Don't like that prop at all.

What about a rope or ball?

Sorry, I meant to say struggling to think of ways he could use his hat. Though I do seem to remember it falling off - or am I thinking of someone else??

I think Hayley might have the chair because she said that it's heavier than it looks, and she can't control it. Which generally seems to be the problem with the chair. I HATE the chair as a prop - I do not want to see anyone sitting down in a routine.

I'd like to see (if we absolutely must have props) a Paso Doble type routine so that the prop they used was a cape...it would need to be one of the faster skaters though to get the necessary amount of wind under it to move properly.

No broom - Chair, Umbrella, Cane & 2 new props.

My guesses at the moment:

Gary: Cane (confirmed)
Daniella: Chair
Hayley: New Prop
Danny: New Prop
Kieron: Umbrella

What about the feather boa ?!? I loved the boa routines...especially what Bonnie achieved with it. Hayley said that she is having trouble controlling her prop...it's not a chair, and it's heavier than it looks.

Did she say it wasn't a chair?

Karen indicated there's going to be a hat of some sort too. Can imagine that being Danny, possibly

Yup, somebody asked her if it was a chair or a suitcase and she said 'neither of those.'

Hat probably for Danny...

Definitely a new prop then, I suspect.
