Karen and Nicky 'This Morning'
Yeah I saw it.
IT wasn't what I was epecting to be honest. They were actually all smiles towards each other, especially when you see what they are like on the judging panel. Whether that was the camera's I'm not sure.
They didn't really say too much though tbh, it was mainly how much everyone had improved and that they had each made a prediction of who the winner would be. Appearently kept in a sealed envelope somewhere. That was all basically.

*Sigh* Wish they'd do a number on DOI. But.... keen eyed viewes know Karen is still bitter about Nicky quitting ice skating

I always thought Karen didn't like Nicky anymore, due to there past history, but they were very touchy/feelly on This Morning. To say I was surprised, would be an understatment!

Yes and that's what cause most of the issues between them the way they split up
They seemed really close today & to be getting on well and I don't think it was for the cameras they where too touchy feely to be just for show IMO

I read that they were, but they broke up as they started to get successful so the relationship wouldn't get in the way of the skating.

Thanks for that guys. As I say I've often wondered. Let's hope they are still good friends, I like them both.

Until the show they hadn't spoken for almost 20 years & even then until the first tour they didn't 'get on' On the tour they spoke, made amends & skated together

I have never heard this - although I did read that for a short time Jayne and Chris were close, but decided skating and romance don't mix.

Have now seen the interview - lovely little interview, nice to see that they can both look back on their skating career together and have a laugh about it. Also, Karen seemed a lot more confident being a media personality than she used to.
