Without fail, the Hummy HDR fails to record the last minute or so of this programme. It happened in the last series, as well as this. I can understand broadcasters getting things wrong sometimes, but this is all the time!
The other tuner being idle at the time of chop-off.
What's going on?

Presumably CH 4 send the end of programme status flag too early. Apart from complaining to CH 4 about all you can do is edit the end time of the reservation and set a repeat pattern

I had the same problem so on the second showing I added 5 minutes to the finish time instead of the auto setting and it solved the problem. Hope this helps

I know that I can pad, but this upsets series link etc. I record it also on the Humax 9200T, same cut-off. I flag it up, as it has been several months since the last series, but the same problem still exists. Can't say I've seen it with anything else I have recorded.

Don't forget, if you press Record on a programme you're watching it WON'T ad the 5 mins
You have to press Record again to add extra time

You would seem to be the expert on condescending rubbish, if you don't like it - don't watch it! I don't.

Appreciate what you say but I was referring to a timed recording but as you say this works on an instant recording
