This is exactly what gets to me. Gary always looks like he thinks he's above it all.

I'm guessing the motivation for him signing up for the tour was largely financial. There's never been much indication that he actually enjoys what he's doing, unlike people like Hayley and Kieron.

As long as they don't drop the canes, I'm sure they'll be okay.

They're lumbered with an awful song though, of course, which doesn't help much.

and Maria has been in pain all week because off her dislocated wrist, so if they are throwing and catching the canes it might be difficult for her!

I've never liked Gary Lucy. I remember when he was a tabloid favourite in the early 00's because of his behaviour and he certainly came across as vile back then. He dated Michelle Ryan who was playing Zoe in Eastenders at the time, and she had a total breakdown and had to be written out of the show for several months. It was rumoured at the time that not only was she very stressed due to work, but Gary had treated her very badly, cheating on her constantly and this had caused the breakdown.

He was also a favourite with Popbitch and Holymoly back in the day because of his womanising ways.

Back in the early 00s, Gary was 20/21 years old. People change & grow. He has a child now and a steady relationship.
