Gary and Maria on the Alan T show.
Did anyone see them? Gary comes across so well, and so does Maria. She's a lovely woman.
Gary seems really humble and modest, you know, considering he's such a hot piece of a*s. ![]() Also, for any other Gary fans, I think he's on All Star Mr and Mrs this Saturday.

I watched it and it was a nice change to see that the Pro skater got a look in, I think Maria had more to say than Gary!

I can't understand the posters who complain that she always gets the best partners - she's a professional trainer not a show skater so it makes perfect sense to pair her with someone with the potential to get to the latter stages - why would you put your best female coach with a no hoper
![]() Before everyone flames me, apart from Ray none of her partners have had any dance/skating experience - who can say if Duncan and Gareth would have done as well with a different coach ![]() I like her, she's pleasant, pretty, has a sense of humour, a nice personality and she's a lovely skater as well as being a great coach - good luck to her - I doubt they'll get much further this year though

For me it's the unfairness of it that I don't like. I think all the pros should get their share of strong & weak skaters. Also, if she is the best teacher of all the pros (am not sure we can definitively say that BTW) wouldn't a weaker skater benefit more from her expertise?
I don't agree she always gets the strong skaters, Duncan and Gareth were very shaky at the beginning and Gary was so popular he ended up in the first skate off - then there's the tour to consider - if she'd gone out early she's be skating with Ray again which would considered unfair by some also unlike Andrei and Susie or Fred and Mel she doesn't get a pro routine, Frankie and Dan always get solo spots too so it balances out in the end ![]() I'll shut up now, this is turning into a novel and I don't even vote
