This means there are four songs left:

- Mr Brightside - The Killers
- November Rain - Guns N' Roses
- Wuthering Heights - Kate Bush
- House of the Rising Sun - The Animals

Only one of these songs is safely through to the next round, the remaining three songs have polled the lowest votes.

The last song safely though to the final eight is....

Mr Brightside - The Killers!

The Killers are safely through to the Final 8, well done!

But the bad news is the three songs have received the lowest votes are:

- November Rain - Guns N' Roses
- Wuthering Heights - Kate Bush
- House of the Rising Sun - The Animals

PM me the name of the song you want to save and stay in the competition by 10.25pm. The song with the most vote stays.... and the two songs with the least number of votes, will leave the competition!

This means we are left with

November Rain - Guns N Roses

Wuthering Heights - Kate Bush

This was so so close, these songs both polled the same number of votes, so it came down to the act that polled the lowest vote out of both songs in the orginal results....

And that song who is leaving the competition tonight and in 9th place, is.....

Wuthering Heights - Kate Bush!

This was a complete shocker, as Kate and Wuthering Heights, had polled first and third overall, in two previous rounds and thus seemed like an early favourite to win! But well done to G N R and November Rain on suriviving a tough battle to make it to the Final 8.

But now singing us out with a Number 1 song, she wrote and sung at only 17, its Kate Bush with (one of my own favourites too!) the beautiful Wuthering Heights...

New voting thread coming up on a min so get ready to start voting!

3 all time classics in the bottom 3 there, 2 had to go, it was going to be a shocker regardless.
