Lady Gaga - 30th May (London O2)

I'd be interested in going to the Florence gig at the Apollo, but I don't think there's any tickets available!

Yeah same here

I can actually afford to go to a lot of gigs, it's just knowing someone who knows London well as well as having someone who likes a particular artist like I do as well.

I'm quite lucky as most of us in my group of friends like the same artists and we just take it in turns to drive!

Why not go alone? I've learnt you miss a lot relying on others to go with you.

I think I'm going to see Alphabeat on April 28th (Koko), though I haven't bought tickets yet.

Agreed. I'd much rather go to a gig on my own than miss out altogether. Its a good way to meet new people too.

11th May - Rihanna (02 Arena)
28th May - BEP & Chezzza (02 Arena)

I was gonna buy Gaga tickets but I've already seen her three times so I didn't want to waste £70+ to go again.

I often go to gigs alone. Otherwise I would miss out on a lot of the bands I want to see because most of my mates have no taste in music!

Coming up I have

The Courteeners - March 20th Birmingham Acadamy
Ash - Birmingham Irish Centre - April 23rd Birmingham Irish Centre
The Futureheads - May Birmingham acadamy
V Festival - August 22nd Weston Park

I try to do 1 a month. In February I saw Vampire Weekend at Birmingham Acadamy. January always seems to be a very quiet month for gigs!

I'm going to the Gurten Festival in Switzerland and on the final day Amy Macdonald tops the bill with Florence + Machine as the support. I'm a big Amy fan - so I don't really care who the support is.

Same here!

Can't wait to see Lanegan play solo acoustic *wets self*. Have seen him more times (and with more bands) than I can remember, but never solo.

I might do the Manchester and Nottingham shows on that tour as well.

rawr - did you know about the John Garcia plays Kyuss tour that's meant to be hitting these shores around June time? Not to be missed.

I agree. But i don't know my way round London. I'm gonna master my way round London if i can, because i'm missing out on a lot of things to be honest.
