I heard the album is coming End of 2010 so hope thats true and hope its got the same timetable as Confessions, i really want to see her on tour to, yeah shes 50 but she is Bloody fantastic for what she can do and the music she brings out. i also hope the new album is Disco/pop

When was this announced?

I only want a new Madonna album if she sounds bothered. Confessions was good because it was music you could tell she enjoyed making.

Hard Candy just sounded like her record label wanting her to be a big seller in America again...and Celebration was a waste because she did no PR.

so I'd rather she just stuck to singing the old hits if she doesn't care anymore

I have to agree alot with what has been said previously. I absolutely LOVED confessions but was SO disappointed the Hard Candy. It didn't seem to have been made with much love(more about what would sell more). I thought Celebration was very perfunctory - fullfilling Madge's contract with Warner.
I can't wait to see what new stuff she is going to bring out. This is definitely going to be a new chapter in her life!

I don't care so long as she doesn't wear a leotard and covers her wrinkly body up.

I hope her next album is more Confessions and less Hard Candy.

Confessions was and still is a fantastic album, Hard Candy was OK at the time but listening to it now is so dissapointing

I'm hoping to see her on her next tour. My non Madonna-loving mate has agreed to see her with me on her next tour as long as I go and see Celine (:sleep next time she hits these shores.

You're never too old! Look at Tina. On her last tour she was moving with the best of them and she's 70

I wonder when madonna will get to the age when people stop buying her records and shes lucky to get in the top 10. Tina hasnt had a hit for years, i wonder if madonna can remain youthful until she is 70 in 18 years time.

if true, then it would again be a blatant attempt at trying to sell big in America

which I doubt would work as she's hardly going to be the god-loving country scene's favorite artist!

personally I'd hope for an uptempo dance record.
