The order issue was exactly the same with Ray last year. I stand to be corrected but I don't think he ever opened the show - I have a feeling that second was as early as he ever got as regards position order. Hayley's opened the kind of gap over the rest now that Ray had from the start last year and it seems that production don't want to put someone who is seeming to be that far ahead of all their rivals on ahead of them all in case it further highlights the contrast.

I don't think it's favouritism, just standard procedure.

Because lots of people enjoy props week.

Also, it mixes things up a bit. Would be boring if every week was just the same.

I can remember some good props routines from previous series with most of the different props - suitcase, table, hat, brolly. Maybe not the cane so much. I quite enjoy prop week on the whole, and certainly prefer it to flying.

You can make a good drinking game out of tonight. Drink whenever anyone says the props have a mind of their own, whenever anyone's named their prop (Kieron has called his Lady Gaga so that's a free swig already), whenever Phillip makes a bad pun relating to someone's prop, and then down a whole glass when someone "accidentally" lets go of their prop and it smacks Jason in the face.

A glass? surely that ones worth a whole bottle.

I feel for Daniella. Her time could be up this week. Would like for her to pull it off tonight and give a great peformance but her prop is probably the worst out of all. Going to be difficult.

Not a huge fan of props, either, but even they are preferable to the 'flying' week, which always seem like pointless rubbish - nothing to do with skating :sleep:
