its obvious that she hasnt had two years skating experiance because to be honest her skating isnt great. its has dance skills and presentation in the lifts thats why she's getting top score all the time.

Unfortunately she certainly doesn't help herself in responding to these claims and tweeting replies. This sort of thing happens each year with the leading celebs. It certainly did last year with Ray Quinn and he very sensibly and maturely didn't respond. Hayley would do far better to ignore this kind of thing and just rely on performance. The press will always print these kind of stories and surely the celebs realise that if they put themselves in the public eye they are likely to be subjected to this particularly if they do well?

Unfortunately she also goes on about injuries in the Tweets too despite claiming she doesn't want sympathy. Also tweeted this morning she hasn't skated since her teens, which conflicts with never having skated!

I have no problem with Hayley - she is certainly the best performer this series, although maybe technically not the best skater. But I do wish she would not play into the hands of people wanting to be negative. She should just get on with the skating!

She's never going to miss an opportunity like this to get in some sympathy votes for tonight!

I thought it was fairly common knowledge that her and Dan have been lining themselves up to do this together for years now? Haven't they even said as much. It would be pretty weird if they hadn't, given their friendship and her minor celebrity status! Doesn't mean they've been cheating or anything though, obviously.

This is SO annoying, and really sad !!! Papers are a load of rubbish, and they are obviously just trying to stir things up amongst the favorite. I HATE THE PAPERS!!!

This is one thing that really annoys me that the gbp buy these rubbish papers and, even worse, believe what they read in them.

think people are being unfair towards her when some decisions are taken out of her hands:

people are moaning she's:

got the best costumes;

keeps going last;

gets better dance routines.

and so it goes on human nature - if someone's doing well then it can't be on their merit alone. she should just steer clear of the internet/papers for the last couple of weeks of the competition.

STV is just quoting an original story from the The People. They do that with most DOI news.

STV also really hates ITV, so they don't have much reason to be a tool of their manipulation.

She isn't the first celeb to get negative press. It happens every year. She isn't exactly doing herself any favours by going on about it on her twitter. She has been in the business for a while now and should know by now just to ignore it.

This Isn't going to affect her chances anyway, it's obvious she will be in the final even if she is ever in the skate off. I think she probably knows this aswell.

I think all papers are trying to stir up some trouble one way or another. Danny's dad is a murderer, Hayley is hated backstage and is a bitch....what next? Gary is secretly a woman ?!???! ARGH!

Agree with this, she should just let it drop I'm sure that's not easy but would show greater dignity than getting involved, having said that it must be really hurtful.

I can totally understand why she would be upset by this. She has never had skating experience, she's just got sheer talent, she tries SO hard, she loves doing the show...and now all the negativity out there to try and ruin her chances. I just hope none of the British public believe this rubbish...I doubt a lot of them will read it anyway!!

I'm interested if she really said she hasn't skated since her teens. that does put a whole new complexion on things. Although If she has skated I'm surprised it hasn't been discovered before now.

I know from experience that they print a load of lies about people (not that I'm a celebrity! ) and some folk are very hurt by it. I would be too.

As for Hayley seeking sympathy through Twitter, how many people actually use Twitter? I don't - and I will still vote for her whatever she tweets bacause she's the best imo.
