Wanted to record Fifi for my little girl this morning, at 8.05 on channel 5.

I checked before I left for work and the REC symbol was lit on the front of the box. But when my wife went to play it back nothing happened.

The program appears in the media list, but with no channel name next to it.

Are 5 one of those channels that don't send accurate start times and therefore I have to start recordings a little early?

You don't say which box you have. Assuming it's a foxsat-hdr what does the box report if you press info on the recording in the media list ?

Hi, Was it a series that you recorded ? If so it creates a folder with the name of the program. Maybe that is what she is looking at. If so get her to press the OK button with the folder selected it should show the contents.
