Make BBLB Better This Year
Sonimine

I hope BBLB is better this year. Last year we had only half hour shows with an hours content squashed into it. I'd also like to see more BB related stuff in it rather than say Dermet spending 5 or 10 minutes dancing to songs that could wake the HMs up the next morning. I know it is designed for all ages but surely it could be better than that.

I think one of the reasons the dancing segment was done was because the main BB show was dull all around and with not much news to report on BBLB it took up some time on the show and gave viewers a chance to (yet again) fork out some more cash choosing a song..

Hopefully a combination of more entertaining housemates and a few tasks that require them to be up before noon will liven things up in BB5.

I agree .....

See "stress" thread for ideas to keep HMs busy ......

Then, as you say, there'll be more to fill BBLB (subject to editing considerations - see last years threads for details) .....

That was called desperation, with nothing to fill the time what else could he do?

Let's hope it's a better year all round then.

Funny that they have not asked any prior hms back to do presenting with Dermot like Charlotte did on Survivor. Brian/Anna don't seem interested in BB-related stuff, but I'm sure Alison would leap at the chance, and she is now quite an established and professional presenter.
With so many ex-hms unemployed, you'd think they could throw them a few weeks' work!

She did plenty of leaping last time. Please - no more! I feel ill already at the thought.

No more BBLB vote lines purllllleeeeeze.

What teabags should we give them dial 0900 XXXXXXXX for posh expensive ones or dial 0900 XXXXXXXXX for the old ones we threw out of the office cos they were looking mouldy.

I don't think I can take anymore

I saw BBLB when I was in britain in 2002 and loved it. BB Australia never had anything like that. The only BB TV we got was the daily shows, Uncut, Live Nomination, live eviction and one Mastercard challenge each series where our Host, Gretel goes into the house live on tv for one hour, and the hm's compete for a cash prize or holiday.

Then last year we got a show called The Insider. It was the biggest load of shit ever. It was hosted by a grinning idiot (Tim Ferguson of Doug Anthony All Stars (DAAS) fame). It was a panel show that was always filled with editors, radio announcers, psychologists and obscure people looking to get some quick fame. It was awful. BBLB truly beats it hands down. (Although I haven't seen it in 2 years) but I hope this year we use the BBLB format and have some fun with it and have real celebs, ex HM's, big brother himself and stuff. Panel show doesn't work for BB.

Anyway, i love bb uk and am disapointed i don't get to watch it coz it's soo much better than BB australia.
