The verses sound similar, maybe its the "amazing grace" part.

Actually now that you mention it, they do sound a bit similar.

Total rubbish song though and the album wouldn't have done as well if Gately hadn't died. The only one with any bit of vocal talent is Ronan, hell they can't even dance.

Ronan has a good vocals I agree.
The part leading up to "I gave it all away" sounds like Show Me Heaven too I think.

Ruby reminds me a bit of Golden Brown by The Stranglers and Stronger reminds me of Seven Seconds by Neneh Cherry and Youssou N'dour

Although I am a fan, I was cringing in embarrassment at the "happy birthday" messages people were leaving for Stephen on one of the fan sites today.

I think sometimes they do go a bit far
