I think the current lead Arnel Pineda is far better than Steve Perry.

I'm not even a Journey fan, but Steve Perry was (and still is) an unbelievable frontman, and quite possibly in the same league as Freddie Mercury, Robert Plant, etc.

Pineda is impressive too, but I've always appreciated Perry.

Just my opinion, of course.

Pineda is very good, but you have to go with Perry!
