Smoke & Mirrors I think. It gives him a good excuse not to pay his artists what they are due.The artists he signs are so thick they will listen to everything he tells them.

This most recent study measures several different things (music, film, games, etc). 215bn is the projected loss across all of Europe by 2015. Here is the report:

Building a Digital Economy: The Importance of Saving Jobs in the EU's Creative Industries (PDF)

Researchers applied a substitution rate of just ten percent to the volume of copyright infringements per year. This rate corresponds to the number of units that will be traded if unlawful file sharing were eliminated and does not occur. It's actually a conservative figure that underestimates the problem.

Don't tell me, Simon has something lined up in the very near future for one of his numpty karaoke singers.

Who cares, Syco going bust would be an extremely positive thing to happen to the music industry. Leona can then pee off to the states for them to enjoy her Mariahoke and endless PR and the rest can fall into oblivion.

If he doesnt want a leak when why not just store the tracks on a removable media, or Drives not connected to a network or the internet.... Idiot lol

I know its stupid just store them OFFLINE on a USB or a portable drive, thats all you have to do.

And usually leaks of recorded tracks come from inside the label/company - Its his label's own fault.
