Jerusalem Artichokes
Mrs. Bleads recently bought some as they were on special offer. I've never cooked them before and all the recipies I can find seem a bit uninspiring.
Anyone got any tips? |

Make a gratin? That's the only thing I've ever done with them, frankly.

Soup is nice - and make sure you are not socialising afterwards, as they are very very wind inducing !
