Yep, that was what I assumed too.

True.

I would like to see that again. With a correct float spin ast the end. Jason might give a 5.5 this time.

Me too! Maybe we have a really exciting and non-predictable semi-final.

Is hatred passed off as mere difference of opinion?

By the way, I really hope (and - possibly optimistically - assume) that there is no way the chair routine will be seen again. Enjoyable and relevant to the week though it was, if Daniella can reprise it in the final (should she get there), it makes her skating ability virtually irrelevant on the night that it should really matter the most imo.”

Then "Jai Ho" shouldn't be in the final either, except for the spin.

(Pick dancing does not = skating.)

Was it just me who noticed that in the clips shown on friday, daniella seemed to have the least content?
Before you jump, i'm not attacking, just wondering if i was the only one who thought it?

But its not a skating competition it's dancing on ice.

Irrelevant. You seem to have ignore the the "then" in my post and the point I was answering, which was about skating:

I do look forward, though, to someone coming out next year without even bothering with skates, because it's dancing on ice, not a skating competition.

Missed DOI Friday but I really hope Daniella is able to pull dancing on her own off. Skates crossed

She was a little wobbly, but not bad. Thing is, if she was marked up for the required element of the prop last week, it is right that she is marked down this week if her solo skating is weaker, even if her performance is good.

She was acceptable.

She was mainly static

She did that old trick of standing still for the first ten secs .. dancing on the spot. She only 'skated' for 20 secs and that was wobbly and nervy.
In the D/O she was better .. but nowhere near as accomplished as Hayleys solo skate.
