Help please, - lining ramekin dishes
I'm lining some ramekins with smoked salmon for Delia's smoked fish creams. Will I need to butter the ramekins first?
Thanks in advance, I'm doing dinner for 6 tonight, and have taken on a bit more than I'd planned... |

I would butter them. It's not going to alter the flavour and you don't want them sticking.
Just checked Delia Online and it says this. "You will also need eight 4cm deep ramekins with a base diameter of 7.5 cm, well buttered, and a large roasting tin." |

I really appreciate you letting me know, thanks so much. My OH usually does the honours when it comes to dinner parties, but I feel of an age when really, I might enjoy upping my game a bit.
