Humax USB FAT32 shows 0%

Good morning

I've been using the USB output for a while but 'suddenly' whenever I try to use USB it keeps telling me that there's no storage available. I've tried a couple of FAT32 HDD's and a similar 2G pen drive but Humax suggest that there's no storage available.

I've tried a full factory reset and that doesn't change things.

Have I got a fault or am I just doing something wrong?

Help!

I would not think it is the HDR giving problems here but, you never know.

Have you tried re-formatting the USB stick.

Just to add, do you get a message on your TV screen saying “a USB device has been added” also try the rear USB connection and see what happens.

I've had this problem. Reformatting the drive fixed it.
