EE Laura Beale EXIT!!!
SABR1NA

What a load of cr@p that was, thought she was going to get killed off by someone?? So much for her 'BIG' exit the only BIG exit for her was seeing her fat arse fall down the stairs, EE sh1t again, whatever next, Ian falls in love with Wellard and they marry in the Minimart haha

Indeed. I thought we were lead to believe originally that Ian, Garry or Lynne pushed her, but when we found out she just falls, and not even in the presence of anyone else, it was always going to be a fairly dull ending.

The funny thing is though, does anyone remember when Blanche fell down the stairs in Corrie? That was far more "spectacular", you actually saw her trip properly AND the body tumbling down the stairs! Laura's had none of that, and it was the killing off of a pretty long-running character! So stupid...

Eastenders messes it up ONCE again..

Never mind that, did you notice how the mirror broke before Janine's glass hit it?

I watched some of last nights while waiting for Corrie's second part, that fall was a bit, err, pathetic - could they not afford a stuntman/woman?

The message is that if someone rings the door bell TWICE, to go and answer it. Rather than looking out of the window, rushing and then falling down the stairs. Silly girl

the only good thing to come out of this mess was the scene where she was running, her boobs went up and down like crazy.

Why Laura couldn't of just knocked on the window hard enough to get Ians attention is anyones guess.

Just goes to show how rushed and ill thought out EE scripts and storylines are getting.

As the person I was watching with said: 'Why didn't she just open the window and yell?'

"Well maybe it wasnt one of those windows that you could"----someone else might reply to you!

But what i say to those people is " It werent double glazed, so if she could've shouted, Ian would've heard"

simple...........But then again the execs and writers at EE wouldnt know the meaning of 'Simple'........It all has to the stupid way .

Bloody hell even Gigli is better then Eastenders, but EE is so bad at the moment its unintentionally funny lol. Maybe thats why i bother watching now.........Because its soooooo shit, its funny

Re the window - she could have opened it to yell out at Ian and fallen to her death that way - marginally better then falling down the stairs!

I bet the next shock will be when they read out her will and ian finds she has left custody of Bobby to him and not Gary

when you look at who writes e.e. these days you can see why it is so bad, they seem to be written by double or even triple barreled ex media studies types, not real working class writers, as Corrie was in the early days.e.g. Tony Warren.

Yes, trendies with their own agenda who think they know better than what few fans EE has left

It looked REALLY sharply edited like they were worried it would be traumatic for people (lol), as Drifter says above others have done it better, you need to see the whole fall.
The same with the sight of Laura's dead open eyes, that was far too brief.

And as for Bobby, who knows, they seem to have forgotten that it can't be Ian's anyway so who knows and really who cares!

He *could* be Ian's, cos it takes 6 weeks for any sperm to leave the body after a vasectomy

And of course, shes left the birth certificate out. Can imagine Pat next week... "Ian, I gut somethin to tell ya... bobby... eee's ya san!"

i agree the exit was a bit lame - but that deathly wide eyed look on her face when Pat found her was very good and convinicng, unlike Maxine in Corrie who kept blinking even though her head had been smashed in with a crowbar
