The "performance judges" (Jason and Emma) mark primarily on performance, so why shouldn't one of the "skating judges" mark primarily on skating?

The prop is an unusual required element because it's involved in most of the routine; and, as Robin said, it was a week when skating woud take a bit of a back seat. So props week
shouldn't be marked the same as other weeks.
