I like Alex but did not like the song. She looked awful in that dress. I have seen her look fantastic on other programmes.

Thanks for Amy Tigger for letting us know who the skaters were, but have they ever been on Dancing on Ice (not the tour) as partners of celebs?.


Numbersix, I agree, especially as many vieweres won't have seen the tour, besides it was rather rude not to introduce them, or thank them at the end, all he just called them "our professional skaters"

That song was totally forgetable, Ms Burke can be excellent but that is a bad song choice imo.

Alex was on the show this year partnering Dr. Hilary Jones! Think she may notice a bit of a difference in standard between him and Ray Quinn when she partners him on tour. Pleased for her though to skate with someone so good as it must have been hard work for her on the show this year with Dr. Hilary!

I agree they could have mentioned the pro skaters by name, they usually do with the pro dancers on Strictly! Understandable perhaps when there is a big group, but four names wouldn't have taken long to announce.

Totally agree. I only put up with it to watch the pro's skating.

She was magnificent.

I really, really like Alexandra and Lukasz, I think they are magic.

I only know Lukasz because I watched the programme showing a bit of last year's tour, where he partnered Suzanne Shaw (who incidentally looks very like his wife, Alexandra! ).

I wish 3 things:

a) Alexandra is back next year in DOI

b) that Lukasz finally gets a shot at being one of the pros instead of being a reserve

c) if a and b above happen, that Alexandra and Lukasz (and the other pros) do more of the dances at the start of the show, rather than it being Jayne and Chris (wonderful as they are) all the time.

ETA sorry, I've just realised that my post is rather OT, I got carried away with folk talking about Alexandra and Lukasz.
