Wonder if there will be another story in the paper soon from Jason talking about Favourites.

He is a hypocrite anyway because every week he goes on about the required element being the most important thing.
Gary's required element was much stronger than Daniella's yet he still voted for her.

It sounds like Robin tried to sway the judges Gary's way.
That's probably why he was so adamant when he saved Danniella.

Garys performance in my view was very weak for a semi final. A bit of simple skating and a few simple lifts. I would expect a lot more but we did not get it and I have to gree with Jason his performances are dull. It is pretty much the same simple routine week in & week out

I think Daniella was far better then Gary in the Dance off

I don't know, her first performance was very tentative until she was in Matthews arms. She really wasn't very impressive tonight. Neither was Gary, so the right two were in the skate off.

To be fair Gary's a much better skater than Daniella - if it was all about performance why bother with the ice

I have no particular favourite btw

I laughed too. It was so flamboyant which is not like Jason.

Compared to daniella who spends most of her routines being lifted into the air...
Neither routine was good but Gary's required element was stronger. He covered more ice and was more sturdy.
Daniella was wobbly and unstable in parts on her own.

I'm not a fan of eother skater to be honest but I think the right decision was made tonight and the right person went home.

I'm waiting for his inevitable angry comment that "the wrong person went" on his Twitter.

Neither were particularly strong tonight, but take into account that Gary is a stronger skater, and also the male celeb lifting his pro partner...i can see why he was saved.

Garys solo skating was weak and it was a very simple solo routine. Certainly in the first perfomance Daniella was solid in the skate of performance. Her solo routing was good & her performance good.

At best Garys sola was adequate but the performance was weak.

We are never going to agree. You think Daniella was better, I think Gary was better. Lets just leave it at that.

Jason reminds me a bit of Craig Revel Horwood in the way he expresses himself, ("Dull Dull Dull" etc) although Jason has retained more of his aussie accent. Very eloquent for choreographers. They must have good schools in Australia.
