IF Gary comes 2nd...
amberbabe

Then Maria would have come in at each position within the top 4 with all her skating stars...

1st with Ray
2nd with Gary????
3rd with Duncan
4th with Gareth

just a random observation.

Also i know i'm in a minority here who would rather Gary came 1st instead

I don't mind if Gary wins, I would prefer Kieron but wouldn't be unhappy if Gary wins

I prefer Keiron to Gary, he's much more exciting to watch.

I'd rather Bobby Davro had been saved.

Who assigns the pros their partners? Maria's husband?

You are not on your own amber I would like Gary to win too, unassuming, good skater and lovely to look at!

I hope she gets someone young and fit and he's worse than Doctor Hilary.

I also would prefer Gary to win... don't quite get the, in some places rather harsh, negativity directed towards him on this forum.

Don't like Keiron - never taken to him; and something about Hayley puts me off. I like Gary, he seems like a nice, honest bloke - and I find his difficulty in coming out of his shell refreshingly endearing!

In previous weeks maybe ... but actually he was quite 'dull' last night.

I would like to see Gary win too.

I seriously hope he doesn't come second. Anything more than 3rd would be far too much. The nation would be put into a coma...

He couldn't perform at the start, and he hasn't improved that one iota throughout the competition. And his skating really wasn't all that great last night either.

Kieron all the way!

I hope Maria's wrist is better by next week, she is still wearing a wrist support and has tweeted to say thats its still painful!

I'm for Gary aswell, he seems like a lovely bloke and quite shy. Also I'm not a skater and if the skaters on the show say he's the best technically then that's good enough for me.

Yeah I'd much prefer to watch Constipated on Ice Keiron, which his "solo" spot certainly was last night.

Why can't you just admit Gary has clearly improved? Does he really bug you that much?

Because he clearly hasn't.

He was just as crap, dull and embarrassing to watch last night as he always is.

He's got a lovely physique. For some bizarre reason, that pink shirt really did it for him, showed his muscles off nicely. Not a bad backside either, I might add

Also just to add that Maria did a DOI in Australia the year before she came here and she won that as well.

So thats

1st - Jake
3rd - Duncan
4th - Gareth
1st - Ray

And at least 3rd with Gary.

Brilliant record for a professional.

I like Gary - he seems to be a thoroughly nice bloke and Keiron too. Like them very much. But only one person is actually really good and deserves to win. And that is Hayley. She is by far the best dancer on ice. As much as I like the other two - if she does not win it will be terrible and a huge travesty!

Or bias from those who assign the celebs to the pros. I don't think Maria's had a partner over 30, she's never had a partner who didn't have a performing background and none of her partners were whacked with the ugly stick.
