I hope this show has changed people's opinions of her cause before this show everyone seemed to dislike her because of her drugs problems and her on Im a celeb when she's shown she's such a nice person and has a great attitude for skating.

I made an appreciation thread for her before the show began so I've always been her fan.

I'll miss her.

I was very impressed with Daniella, she was a lovely contestant, hard working, fun, and gracious - she came across as a really nice person.

She changed my perceptions of her, she has grown up into a lovely Woman and I am glad that she has come through all the problems that she had as a young girl, she seems settled with a lovely family. I really wanted her to have a place in the final as she has earned it!

A nice lady who turned her life around. I bet she is a very good mother. Although I did not support her, I have great admiration for her. She came across as a very gracious person. Nothing against her, but I was not that hot on Kieron or Gary. Hayley well like it or not she was the best. So I actually did not have a clear favourite. I hope Daniella keeps up the skating.

Is she doing the tour?

I don't think so. She is very committed to her family. I dont think she likes to be away from her children for too long.

I remember, to begin with, there were childish posters saying "i'm always drawn to that nose" or "that druggie" but as the competition progressed Daniella has been one of the forum favourites and probably one of the main favourites outside the forum aswell.

I always shamelessly promote it but anyone interested should buy her completely honest autobiography, The Other Side of Nowhere, which is a true representation of who she was and how strong a person she was to overcome the problems.

Ok so she wasn't the best skater but she had the most likeable personality on and off the ice imo. She didn't try too hard that it put people off but she was passionate.

I'm just glad Daniella got the chance to come on this show and reveal who she really is. And thanks to everyone who had those pre-perceptions of her that have changed their minds. To think that a decade ago she might not have had the chance to do this today. But she showed strength and she is a true inspiration. <3

She might not have won, but she certainly has won a lot of people around.

Like many others, all I knew of Daniella was her drug problem - so yes my perception of her changed.

I admire her strength in beating her demons - her self deprecating humour made me smile, she was generous in her praise of fellow competitors and she lost with grace and dignity.

I wish her well.

I think Daniella was amazing. My perception of her changed completely. Her first performance to me was her best, and her VT was great. I thought we would get the Eastender Daniella, but she is really sweet and lovely. She should be really proud of herself.

Oh I forgot about her being on IAC. Didnt she bail out because she was missing her children?

A lovely lady and one of the highlights of the series for me. She'll be missed next week.

Have to agree with other posters here. She has come across incredibly well in the show & has definitely changed my perceptions of her. Like others I remember her for that photo of half her nose missing & the other one with her dressed in top to toe Burberry.

Along with Mikey & Kieron, she has been one of the most likeable contestants this year.

Yes Katie, so glad that she has turned her life around, much helped by her loyal husband who stood by her and helped her! She has done herself proud and had some really good weeks early on. Sad to see her go this week as I was hoping that it would have been Kieron in the skate off with her and Kieron going home! I think that Daniella deserved a place in the final! She has also come over as being a really lovely girl and a very good mother! Thank goodness she managed to get herself off drugs and change her life.

I grew to really like Danniella as a person and thought she would be in with a shot of winning early on.

Unfortunately, she didn't blossom into the ice dancer I was hoping for, but she's won me over with her personality

She did not quite progress fast enough but having said that I would have preferred to see Hayley up against hr s when Danniella gets it right she is vey good.

With Gary we wil get his same save routine the bit of skating around the rink and a few simple lifts

Kieron is now a bit like Danniella he pushes himself bute rarely gets it quite right. He is a way better performer then Gary though. It will take a miracle for him to be able to do the Bolera.

I would have loved to see Danniella do it as it plays to her performing strengths

Danniella up against Hayley would have been a far more exciting final and she could have seriously challanged Hayley
I dont see Gary or Kieron doing that

It really changed my opinion of her, she seems lovely. I was really sorry to see her go. Good luck to her for the future.



A miracle for who to do the Bolera, Kieron or Gary?

Yes I warmed to her too as her publicity was pretty bad and she was slated when she returned to EastEnders as she looked so worn out and quite ill. Her hair looks better a bit darker as the very light blonde just made her look hard. She seems a lovely person who worked hard and did not moan and complain about her injuries from skating!!! I wish her well and think it was a great career move to do Dancing on Ice.

Daniella came across very well I thought. She changed my opinion of her totally, and I think she can be really proud of how she did.
