Emma Nightingale (Zoe's ex) coming back to Emmerdale
Drifter
01-05-2004
Well Ben Freeman (Scott) was on GMTV the other day and said that an ex of Zoe came back briefly but she's already finished filming, so it doesn't look long-term...for now, at least.

Anyway, Zoe received a letter from Emma the other day remember, so surely it has to be her? I'm not really bothered myself, she wasn't THAT interesting, but it's nice to see an old face return I suppose...

The main thing is I hope Zoe doesn't get into anything with Scott and sticks to being a lesbian...the only plausible reason she should be with Scott for is maybe if she thinks it'd be best for Jean (which is daft). I imagine the Emma thing has some influence one way or another...

Ahh well she is getting a bit of something then - even if that Emma is only back for a wee while. She might cheer up a bit now!
This may be what it takes to cement her and Scott's relationship - on a companionship level./

Was she the boring one with shoulder length blondish hair?
Surely they can find a new lezzer for Zoe!

Yes that's her! I'm sure they got married did they not? Zoe leaves for Brussels today, I wonder if the two are connected?

Last night's episode saw Chloe blab to Zoe about the night before with Scott, Zoe was obviously jealous and stormed out.

They had a blessing, then split up the same day IIRC

Zoe wouldn't want anyone taking Scott's attention away from her and the kids.

How come she can go to Brussels for several days, yet she can't leave the house to find a nice lesbian?

The magic of Soap, that she can go away, just like that.

Did anyone see last night? I thought Zoe and Scott looked like a proper family, and I think this could be developed into a companionship relationship.
I wouldn't be surprised if Zoe has a quick fling in the near future, get's broken hearted and Scott consoles her and picks up the pieces.
Also, Scott seems more and more dedicated to "the kids" as he know calls them - would be nice to see this develop further.

Didn't she tell Scott that she'd had a letter from Emma who was in Brussels and that was why she was going?

Yes, she had a letter from Emma, but said she was going to see Celly in Brussels, apparently she is an old flame? I don't ever remember her??

Anyway she left last night, apparently she does have a brief fling with a woman (it maybe Emma) but it short lived.

Zoe doesn't need old flames (and I include Scott in that description). How about a new flame?

You've said that several times now. Are you Scott's secret mum or something? Have to be honest, I am not interested in what Scott does or doesn't get up to, there's something faintly repellent about his character.

No, I ain't his mother. ! But I do agree I use to dislike his character, but wouldn't you agree that he is far less annoying than he used to be. I admire the fact that he owned up to being Jean's father, and has took an active role in her upbringing, something you don't see very often nowadays.

drakaina - Why Brighton????
