How can I find out what I have spent on a BT Bill
Hi there!
I am at my wits end, in as much I am unable to to find out what I have spent 31p on my current bill. I was advised that it would take 48 hours to update however I still unable to find out how / what I have spent this amount on. Does anyone on the forum know what I need to do? Thank you. have you tried logging into your account on the bt.com website and check your recent bill, although it can take 24hrs for it to update.

Hi there!
Yes, I have and even this does not show what I have used. I have even used the 'Live Chat' facility and that is as much use as a ....................... BT have said that they are 48 hours behind with online billing, however I have tried twice & it's impossible. I wonder if BT are on these forums, because if they are I would like to find what's what. Hi there all!
I contacted BT Support on Digital Spy and emailed them at 4.54pm and I had a telephone call from BT, and they advised that it was a mobile call. They would not say which one however I came out with the number ? and I was correct. I would like to thank the male member of staff from BT for phoning ( I like to speak just like good ol Bob Hoskins adverts for BT in the 1980's ). BT - well done - first class service. Thank you.
