Hi, can anyone help?

I have a Sendo S330 that is locked to Vodafone, but I would like to use it on Virgin mobile. Everywhere I have tried don't unlock Sendos - am I unlucky or just looking in the wrong place?

Or better still can someone tell me how to do it, I think you just need some codes to enter or something.

I want to avoid ringing them up - they are the least co-operative network out there imo.

They tell you nothing, and their customer service have a bad attitude (well that's my findings anyway, and I was very polite to them, etc.)

I couldnt find anyone to unlock my S330 either, Vodafone charged me £20 for the unlock code,which they send via e-mail or post. Customer services will help you although I had mixed experience with that department but got there in the end. Dont be tempted to "guess" the code as it locks after 10 wrong goes.

Looks like Vodafone is my only option!

Really they should give me it for nothing because I have been a customer since 1998 but I'm not expecting it!
