Exactly. Who knows what could happen. Hayley might fall on her arse, Gary might suddenly remember how to act, or Kieron might storm the ice panel and give Jason a slap. Anything is possible.

Jason keep quiet ? The man doesnt know when to keep quiet, he has verbal diarrhoea and just wants to be talked about. He is turning into a panto villian and if not careful any valid points he does make will just be unheard through the equally panto booing that is currently going on.

It all serves to increase interest in the final and make people vote for the guys "to annoy jason" as some will invariably will.

This is nothing we didnt already know about how Jason felt. Probably a little peeved that he cant influence the voting by giving these guys low marks and hayley top scores as it is all down to the public vote on sunday and who the public want...hayley or one of the pillocks (his words not mine!)

Pillock implies they aren't very nice people, yet both Gary and Keiron come across as decent lads to me (even though I find the former a touch bland and the latter a bit melodramatic, not bad people though).

Jason's just being bitchy and contentious for the sake of it. He loves to cause controversy. It's what he's paid to do. I can't even be bothered to get angry about it any more because it's all just contrived nonsense.

Jason has obviously been reading this forum and he's just balancing it out a bit. The nastiness that is.

As a Hayley fan you must be annoyed with him (I'm not being sarcastic by the way). I know whenever I support a couple with good chances of winning, I always shout at the judges when they come up with such rubbish (because it never helps the person who is good).

I agree but there isn't anything I can do about Jason and his silly mouth, so I just joke about it. What will be will be. Some on here have said far worse about Hayley and no-one has battered an eyelid only a few of her fans and they were criticised for standing up for her. So you will have to excuse me if I don't criticise Jason for his remarks.

Am not sure if this was Jason's intentions - I think he was merely thinking about a headline for himself & extra attention.

However, I am sure ITV & the producers are rubbing their hands in glee. A one sided or perceived one sided final is not good for ratings, phone voting revenue or media coverage.

Last year's final did see lower ratings in comparison to previous years & my impression also a reduction in media coverage. I dunno about phone votes because they only publish the % figures and not actual numbers but I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if these were down also.

Yellolabbie, I wasn't criticising you at all. I was showing my empathy with your position (Jason is not doing anyone any favours). I have defended Hayley as well (you don't have to be dedicated fan for that). Please read over my post again, and try not to be so sensitive. Not everyone is getting at you.

I'm sorry but I didn't think you were criticising me or getting at me. I can see that Jason's comments could make it difficult for Hayley but there isn't anything I can do. I am a little too sensitive at the moment, I am struck down with Sciatica and feeling sorry for myself It's a good job the World Championships are on Eurosport this week.

Given that he apparently negotiated a massive payrise, which was announced just after he compared Sharron Davies to feacal matter, I'd say ITV probably do encourage him. I'm not sure he adds to the ratings but, unfortunately for us who have to endure him, he certainly generates publicity for the show.

It seems an odd reaction - Ray was the favourite to win last year, but Jason didn't say anything like this about Donal and Jess
